Hi my name is Heena Kamboj. I have always been that big, chubby person in the room. I never took my health seriously and lived a very unhealthy lifestyle.
When I got pregnant I got gestational diabetics and this is the first time in my life I watched what I ate. After having my baby I slowly went back into the bad eating habits and started putting on weight.
When my baby was 6 months I was required to do a blood test to see how everything is going. These results came quite bad. The doctor warned me that if I don’t improve my lifestyle and lose weight, I will get type 2 diabetes.
This was a breaking point for me and this completely changed my life. I did lots of programs but nothing worked. Then my husband gifted me this Gut Health program and I gave it a go.
As of day 2, I knew this was going to work. My transformation from 84kg to 60kg today was done completely by this program.
